Born and raised in Vallejo, Kylie knew she was meant to be a real estate agent. Between her love of interior design and dreaming of home renovations, while watching home improvement shows with her grandma, Kylie always knew a career in real estate was in her future. Kylie attended Carondelet High School and Saint Mary’s College of California, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and through passion and determination, she obtained her real estate license in 2021.

Since then, she’s hit the ground running. Dedicated and knowledgeable of all things real estate, she prides herself in navigating her clients through all aspects of the real estate transaction, whether her clients are first-time homebuyers or sellers who are preparing for the next phase of their lives. When working with buyers, her mission is to educate them on the local neighborhoods and market, in order to help them make informed decisions on their house-hunting journey. When preparing listings, Kylie gets to know her sellers, as well as the property. By getting to know them, Kylie creates an individualized marketing plan that helps showcase her listings in the best light, earning her clients top dollar for their properties.

Not only is Kylie an up-and-coming agent, but she is also a lifelong resident of Solano County and is exceedingly proud of her hometown. She currently lives in Benicia with her partner and their dog Luna. One of her favorite aspects of living here is the deep-seated sense of community. Contra Costa County is comprised of tight-knit communities where neighbors take care of one another and Kylie feels blessed she gets to help her clients realize their dreams of homeownership in such an amazing area. She loves being surrounded by so many amenities — whether you love to shop or be outdoors, there is something for everyone in the Solano and Contra Costa counties. While she works with all types of clients, her specialty is helping first-time buyers and newcomers find their forever homes.

When she isn’t connecting clients to their dream homes, you can find Kylie hanging out with her dog, shopping, cooking, traveling to as many places as she can, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and partner.
