"I met Ryan DeAmaral by an initial phone call from him after researching a home purchase on Zillow. His professionalism and relaxed approach to our objective made both my wife and I very comfortable working with him and confiding the necessary personal information needed to move forward with a potential home bid and eventual purchase. His representation of my wife and I as the buyers was essential do to the fact that we resided in another state and accordingly most of our dealings with the seller and his broker were through Ryan directly. His ability to arrange inspections, coordinate escrow and insurance made the entire process as stress free as possible. As anyone purchasing a home would expect the process is not without its challenges and negotiations. At all times Ryan represented our position and provided balanced recommendations to resolve points of contention. I highly recommend Ryan as a real estate broker to represent you in your search for a home purchase. " - Tazwell Smith
