Ryan is the heart behind Twin Oaks Real Estate. Born and raised in the East Bay, he’s built the brokerage around simple values: treat people well, work hard, and create an environment where everyone can succeed. He believes that the kind of people you surround yourself with matters, and that belief shapes everything at Twin Oaks.
Ryan and his wife, Liz — the CFO of Twin Oaks and a licensed CPA — live in Benicia with their two children, Brandon and Aria. Family is the center of their life, and that same feeling of connection naturally carries into the brokerage. Agents often say Twin Oaks has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and much of that comes from how Ryan leads and the example he sets.
When a new agent joins the company, Ryan meets with them personally to learn who they are and what they want to build. He stays involved long after that first meeting, and he makes himself easy to reach because he genuinely cares about helping people move forward in their careers. Each week, he hosts a standing open Q&A on Zoom where agents can bring contract questions, tricky situations, or anything they need help with. It’s relaxed, honest, and always supportive.
Before becoming the broker and owner of Twin Oaks, Ryan spent years as one of the East Bay’s top-producing Realtors®. His experience includes being #1 in sales among Benicia agents (2019–2020), ranking in the top 1% of agents in Solano and Contra Costa Counties (2018–2020), and consistently producing multimillion-dollar volume. His reputation was built on straightforward communication, strong negotiation skills, and truly caring about the families he served.
