As a caveat, I've known Jack and his family for awhile, but knew when I was ready to buy a house, Jack would be the first and only realtor I use because of the person he is and reasons below.After I initially contacted him, he responded in less than 12 hours. He immediately set me up on the Company system and started setting up showings over the weekend (a few days later). All I had to do was send him the addresses of places I was interested in, and Jack did the rest. He even set up a couple showings during the week after work, so I could get in early and beat the weekend "crowd". He is very flexible and will accommodate the client first. As we walked through listings, I would say what I like and dislike. He listens and is very attentive to the client's wants and needs.
